The purpose administering aqueous extract seeds (Trigonella foenum-graecum L) for 30 successive days by oral gavage (force-feeding) at a dose 250g / l water is intended assess, one hand, neurobehavioural effects 'on other hand its some parameters (glycemia lipid balance) as well weight. behavioral tests performed are Light/Dark Box (LDB) Elevated Plus Maze test (EPM). work indicated that consumption beneficial stimulate appetite gain thus decreasing level total cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL-C, significant increase in HDL-C, also reduction blood sugar decrease anxiety.
